what i do & how i do it…
We train outdoors, which could be on the beach, in the sand dunes, on the cliff paths, forest tracks, or in the bays.
As well as strength work and stretching we could be walking, hiking, running, jogging, or swimming in the ocean. A variety of movement outdoors in nature is the focus!
We will work together to create a workout and select locations that work for you and have flexibility to change this week to week. We will develop a personalised approach to fitness that feels authentic and natural to you.
Each workout will meet you where you feel your fitness and energy levels are at, help you work towards and achieve your goals, and feel great in your own body.
No two people are the same so all workouts are customised to fit each individuals needs, which I understand are always changing and evolving. Respecting your daily rhythms and cycles and how you can use them to your advantage.
I will help you to develop a fun, sustainable, and supportive relationship with fitness and your wellbeing - the more vitality your body feels the more it can support and empower you in every area of your life.
The most effective approaches to fitness are the ones you are excited to commit to because you love the way they make you feel. While feeling supported in trying something out of your comfort zone, you may just love it! (I provide all the equipment required.)
